Allara is in-network with the following insurance companies in some states:
- Aetna (including Meritain)
- Blue Cross Blue Shield (including Anthem, Carefirst and other affiliated plans)
- Humana
- United Healthcare (including Oxford and UMR)
- GEHA - Government Employees Health Plan
In some cases, with in-network coverage, you are still responsible for fees that your insurance plan may assign including copayments, coinsurance and deductibles.

We provide a cash pay option for patients whose insurance is not in-network.
Our cash pay rates are as follows:
- Complete Care Program* - $119/month
- Nutrition Program - $75/month
A credit or debit card is required to be kept on file for subscription fees to be collected monthly. No long-term commitment.
